HOW TO START YOUR TRAVEL
Step 1
REACH US OUT
Send us an email of the number of persons, tell us what you want, your preferences and interests, and lastly, your tentative schedule.
Step 2
ALLOW US TO DRAFT THE PROPOSAL
Based on the information you provided with us, our team will prepare the proposal carefully and send it to you.
Step 3
DISCUSS, CHANGE, AND CUSTOMIZE
In this stage, we will contact each other again via email, or by telephone, to discuss the proposal and tailor-fit the idea according to you and your group's desired result of the plan. We will patiently continue to change the details of it in order for us to come up with the best plan for you and your group.
Step 4
CONFIRMATION AND PAYMENT
After we come up with the final plan, we will send you a copy of it together with details of payment. Down payment will be required to confirm the services.
Step 5
SEND THE RECEIPT AND OTHER NECESSARY INFORMATION
After we receive the down payment, we will confirm it by sending you a receipt, and other necessary information related to your holiday/vacation. We will keep in touch at least 48 to 24 hours before your departure for the final details or for any changes that might arise due to some factors(i.e. weather, political disturbance, etc.)
Step 6
ENJOY YOUR VACATION
From day 1 of your vacation up to last the day, we will constantly open our line for you and your group so as to instantly patch-up any glitch that may arise along the way, as our primary aim is for you and your group to have an amazing, pleasurable, and stress-free vacation.

Emil is very knowledgeable host: always service with a smile despite of changes in schedule.
He resolves any kind of disparity- like our airplane was so delayed and we have excursions pending one on top of the other, no worries, problem solved and we have fun. There were 3 families in our group of 8 and Emil handled it very well. He was even able to accommodate 3 extra people in our evening walking tour in Barcelona, Spain.
For sure, Emil is on top of our list when needing a guide, friend, and somebody you can trust.

This is our first time going to Spain and I can’t say thank you enough for an awesome 4 day private tour experience we had using #bcnmtpoint and mainly with the founder (Emil), from the time i contacted him until the end of our tour. Emil was such a very nice person and very accommodating who personally drove us and provided a private tour throughout Barcelona and Madrid. It was definitely a vacation that we will never forget. Very nice location! Wonderful landscape and very helpful that there are escalators up to the top, so if you are tired after walking in Barcelona you do not have to worry

If you are looking for an agency for your tours, I recommend bcnmtpoint. I've been with them on their trips for a long time and I'm always excited.
